  What is medium speed wire cut EDM? Simply speaking, the wire cut EDM machine have repeatedly cutting function, similar with low-speed wire cut EDM machine. In order to maintain the stability of molybdenum wire, to enhance the quality of workpiece surface finishing, therefore, will reduce the wire speed, thus named "Medium speed wire cut EDM", or "Middle speed wire cut EDM" as well. Like conventional repeatedly cutting through the rough machining process, semi-finishing and finishing process, such as multi-cutting machining allowance removal, processing effects of surface roughness significantly enhanced than traditional high-speed wire cut EDM. Multi-cutting, the workpiece surface roughness generally can achieve Ra0.8 μ m.
